As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in facilitating the return to work process for injured workers.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate and work closely with treatment providers, including doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients. This involves:

  • Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
  • Attending various workplaces weekly, learning about the physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work.
  • Educating workplaces on injury management and prevention.
  • Building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

You will also travel to North Queensland locations, with costs covered by the organization.
