Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Career Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals recovering from injury or illness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation and career development, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals returning to work after a period of absence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to each client's needs and goals;
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance as clients navigate the process of returning to work or seeking new employment opportunities;

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
