We are seeking a dedicated Roster Management Specialist to join our operations department, where you will play a vital role in coordinating our team of Support Workers.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient rostering, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality supports to individuals with disabilities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for staff and service users, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule Support Workers to optimize workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer care by serving as the primary point of contact for staff and service users.
- Leverage computer skills and prior knowledge with rostering tools to enhance efficiency.
- Foster a supportive team environment by promoting effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in health, disability, or community services sectors is preferred.
- Prior knowledge of NDIS and SCHADS Award is beneficial.
- Ability to work full-time hours across a 5-day rotating roster, including Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
- Rotating on-call component.
