About the Role:
The Rostering Coordinator will provide critical support to our client by creating and maintaining staffing rosters and processes across multiple sites in South Australia. This role requires the ability to work over seven days between 5am-9pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop efficient staffing roster systems
- Serve as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Process employee timesheets in a timely and accurate manner
- Update systems with variances such as sick leave or other absences
- Coordinate induction programs for new employees
Requirements:
- Prior experience in staff rostering is highly desirable
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
