Job Title: Roster Planning Manager Roster Planning Managers are responsible for creating and maintaining schedules that meet the needs of our customers. They must be able to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and communicate clearly with team members and customers. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roster Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of rostering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:  
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff availability and leave.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to help them improve their rostering skills.
 Requirements:  
  • Significant experience in rostering, preferably in the aged care or community services sector.
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Knowledge of rostering systems and software.
