Administrator for Residential Services

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Residential Services member.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, who can provide exceptional support to our clients and staff.
The successful candidate will have a Cert III in Business Administration or similar qualification, and experience providing administration support to a team within a health-related service.
They will also have demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating Service Agreements for participants of Residential Services, providing general administrative support, including telephone calls, petty cash management, and credit card reconciliations.
You will also be responsible for creating electronic records for new referrals, including the entry of confidential data, ensuring confidentiality of program participants is maintained.
Additionally, you will provide secretariat support for meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking, and coordinate all site maintenance and WHS issues.
