Residential Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our residential aged care facility in Brisbane, Queensland.
- The successful candidate will implement and maintain contemporary clinical practices to ensure high standards of residential care and lifestyle programs.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, achieving financial and operational targets, and developing relationships within the local community.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in residential aged care management, with experience leading medium to large teams. You must also possess a deep understanding of aged care quality standards, incident investigation, and complaints management.
- You should hold current registration as a Registered Nurse or other clinical professional with AHPRA, or postgraduate qualifications in health or business administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience, with recent management experience in aged care or health administration, is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making are essential.
