Senior Residential Care Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and deliver high-quality residential care services, ensuring the needs of residents are met or exceeded.
- Oversee daily operations to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the facility meets accreditation standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community to drive occupancy and enhance the facility's reputation.
About You:
- As a seasoned service manager in residential aged care, you possess excellent leadership skills and have managed medium to large teams.
- You have a deep understanding of aged care quality standards and incident management processes.
- Requirements include current registration as a Registered Nurse or other clinical professional with AHPRA, or postgraduate qualifications in health or business administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience, with recent management experience in aged care or health administration, demonstrating competency in operational planning, strategic thinking, and budget management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, safety, legislative compliance, and the mission and values of your organization.
