">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and innovative leader to drive excellence and create a lasting impact in the field of aged care.
- Implement and maintain cutting-edge clinical practices to ensure high standards of residential care and lifestyle programs that meet or exceed resident needs.
- Oversee daily activities to maximize efficiency, maintain safety for residents, staff, and visitors, and ensure the facility meets accreditation standards.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or other clinical professional with relevant governing body, or postgraduate qualifications in health or business administration.
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience, with recent management experience in aged care or health administration, demonstrating competency in operational planning, strategic thinking, and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Dedication to continuous improvement, safety, legislative compliance, and the mission and values of your organisation.
- Current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Current driver's licence, National Personal Insolvency Check or ability to obtain.
