About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our innovative Lead & Demand Management value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for this product area, aligning it with our company's overall business objectives.
  • Become an expert in the commercial construction tech landscape, conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and deeply understanding the pain points and workflows of our customers.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering and design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for this product area, communicating the product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive alignment and ensure a successful product launch and adoption.
  • Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions, measure feature success, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
  • You have a proven track record as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
  • You have experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment, with a strong ability to adapt to ambiguity and change.
  • Ideally, you have experience working with Large Language Models (LLM) and AI technology to bring compelling, valuable, and highly utilized value propositions to market.
  • You prioritize spending time with customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points, building credible expertise that underpins product decisions.
  • You have a proven track record of shipping successful products, with measurable impact on user value and business outcomes.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
