About the Role

A Financial Strategist will collaborate with department heads to drive commercial growth and profitability.

They will provide financial guidance on pricing, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.

The role requires translating complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

The Financial Strategist will lead budgeting, forecasting across departments, and deliver monthly reporting packs with variance analysis and executive commentary.

They will build dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and NRR.

They will partner with Sales and Marketing to assess campaign ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.

About You

You should be CA/CPA qualified.

You should have 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.

Prior exposure to SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models is highly desirable.

You should have strong financial modelling skills.

Demonstrated ability with BI tools and dashboard creation is essential.

You should have exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to SLT.

A commercial mindset with a passion for data-driven strategy is required.
