Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Commercial Construction Tech
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Lead & Demand Management value proposition. This key leader will work closely with customers, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact features that solve real-world problems for our users.
Responsibilities- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for your product area, aligning it with the company's overall business goals.
- Become an expert in the commercial construction tech landscape, conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and deeply understanding the pain points and workflows of our customers.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering and design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your product area, communicating the product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive alignment and ensure a successful product launch and adoption.
You have a proven track record as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company, with experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment. You're comfortable with ambiguity, a fast pace, and the need to be resourceful.
- A proven track record of shipping successful products, with measurable impact on user value and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to drive decision-making.
- $5,000 per year for professional development.
- $500 per year to design your own WFH setup.
- 5 days entrepreneurial leave per year to work on side projects.
