As a key leader on the E1 product team, you will be responsible for strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Lead & Demand Management value proposition. This involves working closely with customers, engineering, design, general managers, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact features.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company, experience in a fast-growing environment, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for your product area, aligning it with the company's overall business goals.
- Become an expert in the commercial construction tech landscape, conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and understanding pain points and workflows of customers.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering and design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
