Job Description:
E1 is a scale-up SaaS platform for commercial builders and subcontractors. We are expanding our team in the UK, creating a new opportunity for growth and development.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of E1's Lead & Demand Management value proposition. The successful candidate will have experience working with customers, engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-impact features that solve real-world problems for users. This role requires a blend of strategic and commercial thinking, hands-on execution, and strong leadership.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in the commercial construction tech landscape, able to conduct user research, analyze market trends, and understand pain points and workflows of customers. They will also be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, drive alignment, and ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the product area.
  • Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and understand pain points and workflows of customers.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to champion company values and contribute to the growth and maturity of the product organisation.
