RFI Global is seeking an experienced Research Insights Manager to join our team in Australia or New Zealand.

As a Research Insights Manager, you will be responsible for advancing our understanding of clients' strategic priorities, developing innovative research approaches, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities- Advance our understanding of clients' strategic priorities through primary and secondary research
- Develop and implement innovative research approaches to drive business growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research insights and recommendations
- Maintain deep relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their value proposition
- Conduct training on research best practices, methodologies, and tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a research agency environment or research role
- Experience working with banks/financial services providers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality research insights and recommendations
- Strong understanding of data analysis software, such as SPSS and Q
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Competitive salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
