Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management with a solid understanding of risk, compliance, and incident management in superannuation or the broader financial services sector.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional activities or projects, including stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Strong familiarity with GRC systems and incident management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of interpreting complex data and identifying trends.
  • High attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
