Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions that meet customer expectations and align with functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Incident Management team to review technical incidents raised by customers.
  • Estimate and deliver small change requests efficiently.
  • Communicate proactively with peers to keep customers informed of progress.
  • Maintain accurate incident/problem records, including technical triage for major incidents.
  • Generate insightful reports and publish performance metrics effectively.
  • Utilize a formal call logging system and ensure high-quality information is recorded.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with clients.
  • Occasionally travel to clients within the Asia Pacific region to provide developed solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in RPG, SQL, Oracle IBM i-Series Machine with OS400.
  • Previous in-depth experience as an Analyst with an Insurance background.
  • A strong passion for providing resolutions to customers through excellent customer service.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively to achieve the best results for customers.
