Incident Management Specialist

Job Description:
The Incident Management Lead will be responsible for leading the incident management process, ensuring that incidents are resolved efficiently and effectively. The role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, developing and implementing incident management processes, and providing training and support to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in incident management and IT service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
