
Incident Management Specialist

The role of Incident Management Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the swift and effective investigation and assessment of compliance incidents.
Responsibilities include:
- Documenting processes for assessing compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigating and assessing incidents within stipulated timeframes
- Managing breach or reportable situation reports and updates to relevant authorities
- Overseeing the maintenance of a register of breaches
- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process improvement
- Developing investigation strategies, submitting reportable breaches, and contributing to internal reporting
Key Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of superannuation fund operations and regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of Australian superannuation legislation and regulatory environment
- Previous experience in incident management, particularly in relation to ASIC, APRA, and OAIC matters
- Demonstrated expertise in breach assessment and reporting for Australian superannuation funds
- Curiosity-driven approach with strong investigative skills
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills
