This role is part of our Member Domain, where you'll work closely with the Risk and Compliance Team to ensure effective incident management. Your expertise will help identify risk reduction activities, recommend control enhancements or new controls, and contribute to delivering balanced business outcomes.

As an Incident Management Specialist, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with incident owners to conduct initial investigations, gathering necessary information to assess incidents
  • Performing root cause analysis and identifying opportunities for process or control improvements
  • Assisting the business in developing sustainable solutions to prevent future incidents
  • Maintaining the integrity of incident reporting data

You'll need:

  • 3+ years' experience in operations, risk, or compliance, preferably in financial services
  • Superannuation experience highly advantageous
  • Experience in incident, breach, and/or fraud management, including GRC technologies
  • Working knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
