Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Overnight Guest Service Agent.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets, be computer literate, and possess strong knowledge of MS Excel and Opera Cloud.

  • Provide prompt and efficient attention to all guests in a professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate account postings and necessary paperwork is produced.
  • Perform an accurate cashiering balance at the completion of shifts.

This role requires flexibility to work rotating night shifts (11:00pm - 7:00am), including weekends and public holidays.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous 1-2 years' experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets.
  • Computer literacy, with strong knowledge of MS Excel and Opera Cloud.
  • Experience of working in a hotel Finance Department preferred.
