Job Description

As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will involve actively engaging with customers by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that our guests won't forget.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively engage with guests to build rapport and create memorable experiences
  • Contribute positively to a culture of responsibility, centered around safety and compliance with regulations
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Great people skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Current industry RSA and RCG/RSG qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
