Rehabilitation Specialist

This is a key role for an experienced professional to join our multidisciplinary team.
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused expert to work with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
The successful candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and skills in rehabilitation case management, injury prevention, and workplace education programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective injury prevention and workplace education strategies with employers and employees.
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal return to work outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities and address psychosocial barriers.
- Provide supportive case management to clients, including vocational and workplace assessments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for ASORC membership.
- Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is preferred.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and time management skills.
