Rehabilitation specialists who make a real difference in people's lives are sought after by our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.

We're looking for talented Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, or Physiotherapists who share our dedication to providing excellent customer care and helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct occupational rehabilitation assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment evaluations, and relevant discipline-specific assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that promote functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA.
  • A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Confidence working independently in the community.
  • Driver's license and vehicle required.
  • Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
