We're looking for talented Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, or Physiotherapists who share our dedication to providing excellent customer care and helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct occupational rehabilitation assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment evaluations, and relevant discipline-specific assessments.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that promote functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation.
- Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
- Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA.
- A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Confidence working independently in the community.
- Driver's license and vehicle required.
- Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
