Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide occupational rehabilitation assessments and develop effective plans to help clients regain their independence and achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify barriers and develop personalized plans
  • Design and implement intervention programs to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Empower clients to achieve wellness and recovery goals by understanding healthcare and rehabilitation schemes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert occupational rehabilitation advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
