Academic Director

The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation and ongoing refinement of a rigorous, evidence-informed curriculum from Prep to Year 12. They will work closely with other senior leaders to ensure alignment and coherence across all year levels.

They will oversee the design and delivery of high-quality teaching programs that are research-based, data-informed and aligned with best practices. This will include a strong emphasis on explicit instruction and collaboration with department heads and other senior leaders.

The Academic Director will also lead the evaluation of curriculum and assessment practices to ensure they are coherent, progressive and responsive to student needs. They will contribute to whole-school improvement and academic excellence.
