Aquatic Services Coordinator Position

We are seeking a qualified, experienced and skilled Aquatic Services Coordinator to lead our aquatic programs in Bendigo. The successful applicant will have a passion for swimming and the progression of students, strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote aquatic programs aligned with industry standards
  • Plan and organize lessons, provide leadership to the team and ensure the delivery of swim school programs to the highest standard possible
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives and events calendar
  • Assist senior management to investigate accidents and incidents, achieve set KPIs and manage operational activities

About You:

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment and demonstrated ability to lead a team
  • You possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership and accountability
  • You must be able to run swim classes in the absence of a swim teacher
