Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience leading teams, establishing client relationships, and developing knowledge of the media landscape. They will also be responsible for:

  • People Management: Lead a team, openly communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, hold regular performance evaluation meetings, review training needs, and oversee workflow between team members
  • Client Management: Establish client understanding, help build the agency's reputation, build strong client relationships, provide innovative strategic insights, and clarify services and processes
  • Product Knowledge: Engage with media partners, develop knowledge of media landscape, work collaboratively with product teams, and support media plan development and optimization
Requirements

  • Experience leading a team
  • Passion for Search, Social, Programmatic, E-Comm, Data and Tech
  • Strong, up-to-date media landscape knowledge
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and astute with first-class negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with passion for delivering business results
