Job Title: Strategic Change Facilitator

This role plays a pivotal part in organizational evolution and growth. As a Strategic Change Facilitator, you will contribute to the success of our team and clients by embracing a client-centric approach and upholding our company's core values.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday and its applications. They will develop and deliver effective change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies, leveraging established methodologies to drive business excellence.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, provide expert guidance, and proactively address project risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and support large-scale organizational transformations.
  • Deliver high-quality work consistently, mentor junior colleagues, and share knowledge to enhance team performance.
  • Support sales efforts by engaging in proposal development, scoping calls, estimate creation, and presentation participation as needed.
  • Serve as a training partner for new hires, promoting onboarding and skill development within the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with Workday or similar systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end change management projects.
  • Current Workday Core HCM certification is highly valued.
