Job Description:

As the Transformation Delivery Lead, you will spearhead strategic change initiatives that drive operational efficiency and organisational growth. Your focus will be on delivering end-to-end transformation projects that bring about measurable impact across the organisation.

  • Develop robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to keep executive leadership and boards informed.
  • Lead priority initiatives from planning through to successful implementation.
  • Support employee change management to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Ensure benefits tracking is delivered within agreed timeframes.
