The Role

We seek a skilled Business Communications and Change Manager to lead and manage significant change and communications initiatives across the business. This includes rolling out business IT projects, internal communications, the intranet platform, website, and employee training programs. The role will ensure these areas support our strategic goals and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute communication strategies to convey change initiatives effectively.
  • Oversee the management of the internal Intranet & Website as critical tools for internal communications and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with HR to develop and implement training programs aligned with change initiatives and organisational goals.
  • Lead change management projects, ensuring minimal resistance.
  • Engage and align key stakeholders and leaders, facilitating buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the success of communication strategies, intranet functionality, and training programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including intranet, SharePoint, Websites and learning management systems.
