Strategic Project Facilitator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Strategic Project Facilitator. This role will work closely with the Head of Transformation to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic transformation initiatives.

This individual will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of transformation projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Provide support for transformation projects, ensuring they stay on track with timelines and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, action items, and risk logs.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and benefits to ensure alignment with key performance indicators.
  • Assist with resource allocation, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Support governance activities by preparing meeting packs, steerco packs, board papers, and program reports.
  • Update project reporting tools and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
  • Help manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.
  • Organise and maintain the project management platform, ensuring all documents and data are accessible and up-to-date.

Requirements:

We require experience in a transformation, management consulting, PMO, or similar role. Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills are essential.

A practical understanding of project delivery lifecycles, methodologies, and governance practices is required.

Strong proficiency in presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing tools is necessary.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, timely reports are expected.
