Job Opportunity

The Guest Services Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, welcoming guests and checking them in/out as needed
  • Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Accurately record bookings and maintain up-to-date records
  • Provide prompt and efficient services for mass guest registrations and departures
Working with Others:
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in Guest Services and other departments
  • Communicate clearly with local representatives of key clients
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service
Safety and Quality:
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, contractors, and visitors
  • Ensure all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are strictly met
Finance and Administration:
  • Assist in preparing invoices and processing payments
  • Process cash or credit card transactions accurately
  • Utilize simple IT systems and cash collection systems as necessary
Other Duties:
  • Perform any additional duties as required by the scope, nature, and seniority of the role
