Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Front Office Receptionist at our park.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide top-notch customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome upon arrival.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner using the park's booking system.
  • Maintain accurate records and efficiently manage accounts within the system.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track the readiness of accommodations and provide guests with relevant information about the property and local areas of interest.
  • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks, including handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar Front Office role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized services is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking systems is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Able to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain high levels of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
