About the Role

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an amazing experience from the moment they arrive.

  • You will be responsible for processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using our park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
  • You will work closely with our Housekeeping team to track the readiness of accommodation and coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • You will also provide guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, completing day-to-day office administration tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.

A current driver's licence is essential.
