Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our park.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering high standards of customer service, a strong ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
  • Check-in/Check-out: Process guest check-ins and outs accurately using our park booking system
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Coordinate with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness
  • Information Provision: Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous Front Office experience in the hospitality industry
  • PASSIONATE ABOUT GUEST EXPERIENCES: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • Licence: Current driver's license essential
