We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Your duties will include providing exceptional customer service, processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using our park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts, coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, and completing day-to-day office administration tasks.
Requirements- Prior experience in a front office role within the hospitality industry
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
