Medical Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Mount Isa clinic. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
About This Role- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, referrers, and customers with confidentiality, respect, and empathy.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, staff, and managers.
- Be flexible with working hours to cover sick leave or annual leave as needed.
- Drive the delivery of high-quality reception services.
- Provide excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable).
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
