Job Description

As a seasoned product design lead, you will spearhead the development of our consumer-facing products. Your primary responsibility will be to shape and execute strategies that deliver seamless user experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. This includes streamlining the booking process on Agoda, ensuring users can easily find and book their accommodations.

In this role, you will balance user-centric design with business objectives and KPI alignment, empowering your team to advocate for the user while aligning with overarching goals.
