Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality pastoral care services to residents with diverse needs and backgrounds
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall well-being of residents
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in pastoral care, health, theology, or social science
  • Significant experience in pastoral care, preferably in an aged care or end-of-life setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence and vehicle (for travel between sites)
