Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Health and Well-being Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of stable employees, track riders, and trainers at Melbourne's major racecourses.

As a Health and Well-being Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and facilitating access to health and well-being services, tracking referrals and enquiries, and providing individualized support to service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement activities to promote health and well-being services
  • Manage referrals and enquiries for the stable well-being program
  • Provide individualized support to service users, including needs assessments, therapeutic treatment, and care coordination
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement therapeutic group programs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications in a field related to health and well-being
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or in a relevant industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
