We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Services Officer. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing support and assistance to meet their individual lifestyle goals, needs, and choices.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents. You will also coordinate individual and group activities and therapies, ensuring that recreational activities, therapies, and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal, and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs, and choices
- Design, deliver, and monitor group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents
- Coordinate individual and group activities and therapies
- Ensure recreational activities, therapies, and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal, and ethical standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Cert IV in Leisure and Health (essential)
- Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential)
- Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts
