Remote After-Hours Telehealth Physician

We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Medical Specialist to conduct after-hours telehealth rounds for residential aged care facilities.
This flexible role allows you to work remotely while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.
About the Role- Provide acute medical support, clinical oversight, and continuity of care for residents through effective telehealth services.
- Update medication charts, issue prescriptions, and order investigations as needed.
- Manage and follow up on acute issues raised by facility staff.
- Communicate with family members and provide referrals to specialists where required.
Work Schedule: Weekday evenings: 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm,Weekends: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm, 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm.
About You- Current AHPRA General or Specialist Registration.
- Experience in residential aged care or primary care settings (highly regarded).
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
- Confidence using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
