This is a unique opportunity to work across a combination of telehealth and face-to-face services, supporting aged care residents with high-quality, co-managed clinical care.

The Opportunity We are recruiting a General Practitioner to work across multiple service streams.
You may be required to work across one or more of the following based on your preferences and our evolving needs:1.
Telehealth Rounds with a Nurse Conduct remote telehealth sessions with on-site nurse support Scheduled aged care rounds with comprehensive assessments and reviews Up to $220/hour for the right candidate2.
Face-to-Face Rounds with a Nurse In-person aged care visits, including admissions, reviews and care planning$250/hour minimum plus an agreed loading (up to 30–40% in high-need scenarios)Melbourne-based: May be open to travel within Victoria3.
GP Locum Work Provide daytime, after-hours or weekend coverage via telehealth$55 per consult About You Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner Passion for aged care and improving access for vulnerable populations Comfortable working independently via telehealth Collaborative and communicative approach to patient care Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person care (as negotiated)Why Access Telehealth?Flexible scheduling and work-from-anywhere telehealth options Dedicated administrative, nursing and geriatrician support Unified cloud-based systems for seamless care coordination Innovative, team-based model delivering real outcomes for residents Let's Talk Given the complexity and variety of this role, we're open to discussing the structure of your engagement.
