Port Macquarie Fitness Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Club General Manager to lead our Port Macquarie location.
With a strong track record in club management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional member experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Genesis Fitness team as we expand into the Port Macquarie market.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and implementing an annual sales and marketing plan.
Additionally, you will create business opportunities with local corporate clients and provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members.
