Port Macquarie Hastings Council Operations Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our Utilities Operations team at Clearwater Centre in Port Macquarie. This role involves providing administrative support, manning the reception desk, and coordinating meetings and functions.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Recent administration experience with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and written communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for:
- Providing general clerical assistance and reception duties
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings and functions, including agendas, minutes, bookings and catering
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the wider operational team
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, including:
- A starting salary of $60,000 per annum (pro rata) plus superannuation
