Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Port Macquarie Hastings Council.
As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations align with legislative requirements and regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating our compliance team to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures
- Providing expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on regulatory matters
- Investigating and enforcing compliance with relevant legislation
- Developing and reviewing policies, procedures, and work practices to support efficient operations
- Monitoring and reporting on team activities and performance
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $96,288 to $108,382 (inclusive of superannuation), plus access to a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, discounted gym membership, career development opportunities, and more.
