Main Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests;
- Meet, greet, and sign in all patrons entering the club;
- Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone;
- Inform members and guests about entertainment, functions, promotions, and dining options;
- Cash handling and operate cash registers effectively;
- Perform general cleaning duties as required.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills;
- Show a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming;
- Possess a charismatic personality and welcoming nature;
- Demonstrate the ability and initiative to work efficiently and proactively;
- Hold RSA and RCG qualifications;
- A history of accurate cash handling is essential;
- Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 - $55,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive team environment.
Please note that this position requires you to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
