  • Provide clear education on care options, helping clients access more services and get the best value from their package.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance client outcomes, ensuring safe and high-quality care supported by accurate documentation.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience or call centre experience in related fields such as case management or client support.
