About the role

In this varied and busy position you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, every day. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home. As well as providing some aspects of direct care you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.

You'll be a team player who:

  • Wants to be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and growing sector where you can make a valuable contribution to the lives of older Australians with your warm and welcoming approach
  • Is highly organised, can manage multiple tasks at once

This is a permanent part-time position covering 36 hours per fortnight.
